Leading bankers will come to the forum in Sochi in September
16 on account of the international forum called "Banks of Russia-21 century" will be held in September. Leading bankers of the country will take part in it. The event will be held from 5 to 8 September.
The main point of the banking forum in Sochi this year was the competition between Russian banks. According to the organizers of the event, the current situation related to competition in the financial sector leaves much to be desired. This is particularly felt in regions with one or two leading banks.
In addition, the forum will raise the issue of creating a unified information digital environment in the near future. This measure will help to establish communication between users, banks, government agencies and enterprises. The urgent need for such a system has identified a theme for the forum. The impact of the e-Commerce platform on competition will also be discussed.
It is reported that the discussion of these and other difficulties will be held between the heads of the ministries of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia, representatives of major international financial organizations, members of the Federation Council of Russia and deputies of the state Duma.
The event will be attended not only by representatives of Russian banks. Bankers from Italy, Poland, Germany, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the European Institute of Financial regulation and the Association of German banks will come to Sochi.
